Assessment
Assesses thinking and reasoning, academic skills, attention, executive functioning, and social-emotional screening.
Includes a comprehensive report with individualized recommendations for home and school.
This fee reflects 12 hours of psychological services at $240/hour. Payment is made throughout the assessment rather than all at once.
ADHD
Assessment
Examines attention, executive functioning, behaviour, and emotional functioning, alongside cognitive abilities.
Includes written documentation of findings and practical recommendations for home, school, work, or post-secondary settings.
This fee reflects 9 hours of psychological services at $240/hour. Payment is made throughout the assessment rather than all at once.
Gifted
Assessment
Evaluates cognitive abilities and patterns of intellectual strengths, including whether results meet criteria for gifted identification.
Includes a detailed report, feedback meeting, and individualized recommendations for enrichment and educational planning.
This fee reflects 4 hours of psychological services at $240/hour. Payment is made throughout the assessment rather than all at once.

Payment & Insurance
✓ A valid credit card is required to reserve assessment appointments.
✓ Payment is due within 24 hours of each scheduled appointment. E-transfers are also accepted.
✓ Detailed receipts are provided for submission to extended health insurance plans.
✓ Direct billing is available for many insurance plans (e.g., Canada Life, Desjardins, Industrial Alliance, Sun Life, and more). Any remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file.
Many extended health benefit plans cover psychological assessment services provided by a Registered Psychologist. Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend confirming your individual benefits before booking.

No. Psychological services provided by a Registered Psychologist are GST exempt in Canada, so no GST is added to assessment fees.

Yes. The anticipated number of hours and total cost will be reviewed with you during the initial consultation.

Assessment appointments require advance preparation and are reserved exclusively for you. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
